At Heaven Auto Spot LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • The product is not a custom-made or special-order item.
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Custom-made or special-order items.
  • Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Package the item securely, including the RMA number and proof of purchase.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. The refund will include the product cost but excludes shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
